Plans & billing

Yes. Every plan is paid once — no auto-renewals, no subscriptions.
Visa and Mastercard via Authorize.Net. We process card details securely; we never store the full card number.
Yes — full refund within 30 days, no questions asked. See our refund policy for details.
No, taxes (where applicable) are added at checkout based on billing region.

Production

Starter ships in 24h. Most other plans land within 2–7 business days, depending on language and ratio count.
Each plan includes its own revision allowance. Additional rounds are available as add-ons.
Every render is reviewed by a real producer before it appears in your dashboard. Nothing ships unwatched.

Voice & languages

Yes — send a clean 60–120s sample. We clone via ElevenLabs and ship transferable access.
40+ languages out of the box. See our Languages & Voices page, or ask if your locale isn't listed.
Yes — that's most of what we do. Same avatar, every language you order.

Delivery & files

MP4 (H.264) by default — playback ready for every platform. We can ship ProRes or other formats on request.
Final MP4s, the avatar template, voice clone access details, and a re-render guide PDF.
Through your dashboard's order page — direct download, no third-party transfer service.

Account & security

Yes — we don't allow guest checkout. You'll create an account at checkout, or sign in if you already have one.
Encrypted at rest, transmitted over HTTPS only. Card details are tokenised by Authorize.Net at checkout — we never see the full PAN.
Yes — contact us and we'll process the deletion within 7 days, retaining only what regulations require.
